Meet Sabrina

She is the Remedy was founded by Sabrina Paige Powell, a Reiki Practitioner based between Mexico City, New York, and Pennsylvania.

Attuned in both Usui Reiki and Karuna Ki Reiki, Sabrina works with clients internationally, supporting emotional wellbeing, energetic healing, feminine restoration, and personal transformation.

Her work eventually led her toward specialized Womb Reiki healing, inspired by her own experience living with PCOS and endometriosis.

Diagnosed at the age of twenty, Sabrina spent years exploring healing pathways that deepened her understanding of the body's wisdom, feminine energy, and the power of energetic healing.

Today she believes that women are not waiting to be fixed. They are the remedy.

When she is not working with clients, Sabrina enjoys writing, playing bass guitar, dancing, and continuing her own exploration of healing, creativity, and feminine wisdom.
